The current state of the international practical training significance and importance in order to form a highly qualified specialist on the basis of summarizing the experience of international cooperation between higher educational institutions of Russia and Serbia (Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute and the University of Novi Sad) is conducted in the article. The authors believe that the path to the open society lies in the quality education development by strengthening the cooperation between universities, the joint educational program development and the academic mobility intensification.
