The issues of pricing and distribution of meat-processing subcomplex production in the Republic of Mari El are analyzed in the article. According to authors of the article, the existing price disparity leads to the redistribution of the cost part that is created by the meat raw material producers, in favor of processing industry and trade by means of cut prices in the meat raw materials purchase, however the exchange among allied industries has to be equivalent to provide normal profit level on the equal capitalbeing spent.
