Crop production sphere of agrarian and indus-trial complex of Russia is on the dynamic way of development. Along with a large number of innova-tions, including technological sphere and standard and legal regulation, there is a large number of the questions demanding research. One of such ques-tions is the system of providing with resources. Small and average businessmen on the market are in the conditions of fierce competition that pushes them on attempts of decrease in prime cost of the made goods, however at rather small production it is rather difficult to reach. State programs in the sphere of agriculture are focused on the formation of production cooperatives which at competent as-sociation of producers will allow affecting due to synergetic effect prime cost of final goods. Howev-er, the principles of formation of cooperatives are not regulated, and most often association happens on a territorial sign. It is expedient to consider co-operation, first of all, of producers of a concrete type of a product for achievement of unity of the purposes, and also economy at scales. Vertical integration of producers on the basis of branched monocluster approach will allow optimizing re-sources in the crop production sphere of agrarian and industrial complex. For the solution of the main objectives in the sphere of agriculture a number of measures for introduction of modern development and technologies is carried out to real process of crops, processing and collecting food crops. Lead-ing agronomists, economists, financiers, engineers work in the direction of increase of overall perfor-mance of agrarian and industrial complex of Rus-sia, moreover, there is obvious question that has to be subject to development not only the technical and technological party of a question, but also or-ganizational issues on providing and distribution of resources. The purpose of the study is the for-mation of monocluster approach to optimization of resources of the crop sphere of agrarian and indus-trial complex by research of the processes provid-ing functioning of the crop sphere of agrarian and industrial complex. The relevance of the research tasks is determined by the negative practice of de-velopment of mediation in the channels provides the resources and distribution channels of finished plant production.
