На основе анализа производства картофеля в ООО «АХ ОГОРОД» Березовского района Краснояр-ского края получены результаты о содержании ос-новных опасных элементов и патогенной микрофло-ры в почве на опытных делянках и продукции (кар-тофель сортов Гала и Ароза). Технология возделы-вания картофеля в ООО «АХ ОГОРОД» не соответ-ствует требованиям ГОСТ Р 56508-2015 «Продукция органического производства. Правила производства, хранения, транспортирования». При этом проведен-ный комплексный анализ производства картофеля, включающий не только исследования продукции, но и почвы с полей предприятия, показал, что продукция, выращенная в ООО «АХ ОГОРОД», соответствует показателям ТС 021/2011 «Технический регламент Таможенного союза “О безопасности пищевой про-дукции”». В образцах нет повышенного содержания опасных веществ и патогенных микроорганизмов в сравнении с определенными нормами. У сорта Гала отмечено некоторое повышение показателей лишь в части содержания в продукции свинца и кадмия 0,25 и 0,02 мг/кг при норме 0,5 и 0,03 мг/кг соответст-венно, но и оно не превысило допустимого норма-тивными документами уровня. Исследование про-дукции сорта Ароза, также как и у сорта Гала, пока-зало незначительное увеличение содержания в про-дукции тяжелых металлов свинца и кадмия 0,27 и 0,02 мг/кг при норме 0,5 и 0,03 мг/кг соответствен-но, но и оно не превысило допустимого НД уровня. Качество продовольственного картофеля данных сортов, выращенного в ООО «АХ ОГОРОД» Березов-ского района, соответствует нормам документа ТР ТС 021/2011 «О безопасности пищевой продукции». Следовательно, важным элементом технологии является организация производственного контроля, строгое соблюдение правил возделывания, условий сбора, перевозки, хранения и разработка мероприя-тий, направленных на исключение содержания основ-ных опасных элементов и патогенной микрофлоры в почве и продукции.

On the basis of the analysis of production of potatoes in JSC ‘AH OGOROD’ of Berezovsky area of Krasnoyarsk Region the results on the content of basic dangerous ele-ments and pathogenic microflora in the soil of experi-mental allotments and production were received (the pota-toes of Gala and Aroza varieties). The technology of culti-vation of potatoes in JSC ‘AH OGOROD’ did not meet the requirements of State Standard P 56508-2015 "The prod-ucts of organic production. The rules of production, stor-age and transportation". Thus carried-out complex analy-sis of production of potatoes including not only researches of production, but also the soil from the fields of the enter-prise, showed that the production grown up in JSC ‘AH OGOROD’ corresponded to 021/2011 CU indicators "Technical regulations of the Customs Union "About the safety of food products"". In the samples raised content of dangerous substances and pathogenic microorganisms in comparison with certain norms was missing. In Gala varie-ty some increase of indicators only regarding the contents in the production of lead and cadmium were 0.25 and 0.02 mg/kg at the norm of 0.5 and 0.03 mg/kg respectively, but also it did not exceed admissible normative documents of the level. The research of the production of Aroz variety, also as well as of Gala variety, showed insignificant in-crease in the contents of heavy metals of lead and cadmi-um 0.27 and 0.02 mg/kg in the production at the norm of 0.5 and 0.03 mg/kg respectively, but also it did not exceed admissible ND level. The quality of food potatoes of these varieties grown up in JSC ‘AH OGOROD’ of Berezovsky area was in accordance with provisions of the document TR 021/2011 "On the safety of food products".
