The territory of innovative development is presented in the study. The subjects of innovative infrastructure and their role are determined. Russian regions have all opportunities to integrate the potential of technical, produc-tive founds modernization, to produce innovative production and create new forms for cooperation and approaches to achieve the new qualitative level. The study presents the definition of regional innovative infrastructure and events to its formation in the region. The study describes the environmental for innovative development of territories in Russia, the tasks for regional speed development are determined. The main task for realization measures on speed innovative development of territories is creation of the environ-mental, stimulating the innovative enterprises development, realizing the complex approach using raw materials and increases the share of innova-tive production in comparison with the whole industry production. The re-searches of the presents conditions of innovative activity at Krasnoyarsk re-gion are conducted based on the analysis the indicators of innovative activi-ty development and the main direction of infrastructure support, the inno-vative environmental formation at the territory of priority development, in-cluding the measures of financing and informative support are determined.
