    <p>Цель исследований – изучить минеральную ценность плодовых культур районированных и коммерческих сортов в сравнительном аспекте. Объекты исследования – плоды яблонь (сортов Данила, Первоуральская, Свердловчанин) и груш (сортов Гвидон, Добрянка) уральской селекции; плоды яблонь (сортов Гала, Ренет Симиренко, Ред Делишес) и груш (сортов Вильямс, Конференция, Форель), реализуемые в торговой сети «Магнит». В яблоках выявлено 17 минеральных веществ, 11 из которых определено во всех плодах: K &gt; P &gt; Mg &gt; Cа &gt; Na &gt; B &gt; Fe &gt; Al ≥ Zn &gt; Mn &gt; Cu. Из незаменимых элементов яблоки сорта Данила содержали больше К (до 10 раз), Fe (до 9 раз), Na (до 8 раз), Mg (до 5 раз), Zn (до 4 раз), Р (до 43 %), Первоуральская – Ca (до 610 раз), Mn (до 8 раз), Mg (до 5 раз), Cu (до 2 раз); Ренет Симиренко – К (до 10 раз); Свердловчанин – Cu (до 2 раз). В грушах обнаружено 18 элементов, 14 из которых содержалось во всех сортообразцах: K &gt; P &gt; Cа &gt; Mg &gt; Na &gt; Si &gt; B &gt; Fe ≥ Zn &gt; Al &gt; Cu &gt; Ba &gt; Mn &gt; Ni. Из эссенциальных элементов груши сорта Форель содержали больше Zn и Fe (до 5–6 раз), Cu и Na (до 2 раз), Mg (до 50 %); Гвидон – Mn (до 3 раз), Ca и Cu (до 2 раз), P (до 70 %), К (до 38 %); Добрянка – P (до 70 %), Вильямс – Na (до 2 раз). Источниками суммарно высокого накопления минеральных веществ в плодах яблони являются сорта Данила, Первоуральская, груши – сорт Гвидон уральской селекции.</p>

    <p>The aim of the study is to comparatively evaluate the mineral value of fruit crops of regionalized and commercial varieties. The objects of the study were apples (Danila, Pervouralskaya, Sverdlovchanin varieties) and pears (Gvidon, Dobryanka varieties) bred in the Urals; apples (Gala, Renet Simirenko, Red Delicious varieties) and pears (Williams, Conference, Forel varieties) sold in the Magnit retail chain. Seventeen minerals were identified in the apples, 11 of which were detected in all fruits: K &gt; P &gt; Mg &gt; Ca &gt; Na &gt; B &gt; Fe &gt; Al ≥ Zn &gt; Mn &gt; Cu. Of the essential elements, the Danila apple variety contained more K (up to 10 times), Fe (up to 9 times), Na (up to 8 times), Mg (up to 5 times), Zn (up to 4 times), P (up to 43 %), Pervouralskaya – Ca (up to 610 times), Mn (up to 8 times), Mg (up to 5 times), Cu (up to 2 times); Renet Simirenko – K (up to 10 times); Sverdlovchanin – Cu (up to 2 times). The Danila and Pervouralskaya apple varieties, and the Gvidon pear variety, bred in the Urals, were the sources of the highest overall accumulation of minerals in apple fruits.</p>
