Цель исследования состояла в определении результатов разви- тия молочной промышленности Красноярского края и влияния на нее реформы управления промышленностью и строительством 1957 г. В статье рассматривается развитие молочной промышленности Красноярского экономического района в 1953-1965 гг. Были определены основные этапы развития данной отрасли промышленности Красно- ярского края в рассматриваемый период, произведена оценка качест- венных и количественных изменений в состоянии промышленности на начало и конец периода реформирования. В основу исследования были положены принципы историзма, научной объективности, системно- сти и критического отношения к источникам. Для Красноярского края в 1950 гг. была характерна острая диспропорция в развитии ме- жду отраслями тяжелой и легкой промышленности. Существовав- шая на тот момент молочная промышленность не могла полностью удовлетворить потребности населения. Хотя в условиях урбаниза- ции Красноярского края и заявленном приоритете в развитие отрас- лей легкой и пищевой промышленности у населения городов края су- ществовала значительная потребность в продукции данного рода. В ходе реформы 1957 г. была полностью реорганизована существующая система управления. Реформа позволила провести модернизацию всей отрасли, данный результат привел к росту производства молока, сыра и других продуктов отрасли в разы. Новые мощности позволили лучше осуществлять продовольственную политику в рамках региона и повысить уровень жизни местного населения. В целом развитие молоч- ной промышленности в Красноярском экономическом районе шло высо- кими темпами. Благодаря модернизации отрасли, осуществленной во многом при помощи новой системы управления, производство масла возросло в 2 раза, сыра практически - в 2,6 раза, плавленого сыра - в 13 раз и т. д. Новая система управления создала благоприятные условия для развития всей отрасли, что способствовало росту производства и более полному снабжению населения товарами питания.

The research objective was in the definition of the results of develop- ment of dairy industry of Krasnoyarsk Region and the influence of reform of 1957 in management on it of industry and construction. In the study the de- velopment of dairy industry of Krasnoyarsk economic region in 1953-1965 was considered. As a research objective the definition of the main stages of the development of the industry of Krasnoyarsk Region during considered period acted. The assessment of high-quality and quantitative changes in the condition of the industry at the beginning and the end of the period of re- forming was made. The principles of historicism, scientific objectivity, systemacity and critical relation to sources were the basis for research. For Krasnoyarsk Region in 1950 sharp disproportion in the development be- tween branches of heavy and light industry was characteristic. Dairy indus- try existing at that time could not satisfy the requirement of the population completely. Though in the conditions of urbanization of Krasnoyarsk Region and declared priority in the development of branches of light and food in- dustry in the population of the cities of region there was considerable need for production of this sort. During industrial and construction management reform of 1957 existing control system was completely reorganized. The re- form allowed carrying out modernization of the branch, this result led to the increase in production of milk, cheese and other products of the branch many times. New capacities allowed to carry out food policy better within the region and to raise the standard of living of local population. In general the development of dairy industry in Krasnoyarsk economic region went high rates. Thanks to modernization of the branch which was carried out in many respects thanks to a new control system, production of oil increased twice, cheese practically - by 2.6 times, processed cheese - by 13 times and so on. New control system created favorable conditions for the development of the branch promoting the increase in the production and fuller supply of the population with food items.
